We accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days on receipt.
You can not return an item that is on sale, however we accept an exchange. 
If you would like to return or exchange an item you first need to contact our customer care at in order to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to make the return.  We will not receive it unregistered. Please note that you can only exchanged an item once.
Returns or exchanges should be sent back together with all the materials received in the original packaging such as wrapping, thank you note bag etc.
Returned items must be in mint condition, not been worn or washed and shall have all tags still attached.

When your registered return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Once your return is received and inspected inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
