Item search :
To easily browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu. If you wish to find something more specific, use our filters or the website search option.

On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colors, a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.

How to order :
- From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
- Add the product to your Shopping Bag.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag.
- Select a shipping method and a payment method.
- Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click on "Proceed to checkout".

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. From this moment on, we will take care of everything and as soon as the order is shipped we will notify you with another confirmation email.

If 24hrs have passed, check your spam folder. If this does not work, please contact us as there may be errors with the email address you registered with.

All our orders are delivered in a branded box. By indicate that you'd like it as a gift, in the order comment in the shopping bag, we'll pack it with gift receipt and your stated personal message.

It depends on where you are and what option you proceeded with. We offer complimentary express shipping. Average delivery time : 1-2 business days. Standard shipping delivery time is: 4-6 working days

We accepts returns or exchanges within 14 days on receipt.You can not return an item that is on sale, however we accept an exchange. If you would like to return or exchange an item you first need to contact our customer care at customercare@carlivar.eu in order to get a return authorization number and instructions on how to make the return.  We will not receive it unregistered. Please note that you can only exchanged an item once.Returns or exchanges should be sent back together with all the materials received in the original packaging such as wrapping, thank you note bag etc.Returned items must be in mint condition, not been worn or washed and shall have all tags still attached.We do not cover the shipping costs of returning your goods.
